Release Forms
To ensure that all participants are fully aware of terms and consent requirements to participate under TSHR conditions , we require each participant to complete a Release Form. This form is a standard procedure that helps protect both you and our organization legally, ensuring a transparent and safe environment for everyone involved.
Importance of Parental Consent
For all children under the age of 18 who wish to participate in any stage performance or event, it is legally required that their parents or legal guardians sign a Release Form. This form is crucial not only to comply with legal standards but also to ensure the safety and well-being of the participants. It also protects our organization from any potential legal issues that may arise from minors participating in these activities.
FAQ's
- The release form is required to legally assign the right to record and use the participant’s voice and likeness for a media production. It ensures that the participant (or their parent/guardian) consents to and understands the terms under which their image and voice will be used, protecting the organization legally.
Yes, for certain types of events, especially those involving physical activities or performances by minors, it is required by law to have a release form signed. This legal requirement helps protect both the participants and the organization by ensuring that consent is informed and explicit.
Participants who do not sign the release form cannot be allowed to participate in the event. This policy is strictly enforced to comply with legal requirements and to ensure the safety and security of all involved. Non-compliance could expose both the participant and the organization to unnecessary risks and liabilities.
While the release form is standardized to address general conditions and risks associated with our events, we understand individual concerns may arise. If you have specific questions or need clarification on certain points, please contact us before signing the form. However, any modifications to the legal clauses of the form are generally not permissible without prior legal review.
